Chose Bollard Security to supply and fit a security post in our driveway after lengthy research. Decided and ordered the R5 model which was installed very professionally within a week. Cannot fault the whole experience from sales through to installation - a pleasant change in todays world.Special mention to the installation guys, (Joss & Ken), who worked harder than anyone we have witnessed in a long long time. Cheerful, professional and courteous throughout a long day. A credit to the company guys! The new bollards are a massive improvement on the poorly installed previous set that the guys had to remove. Delighted with the end result.

Absolutely brilliant company, and the service was second to none, from first enquiry to the actual fitting. The customer service was flawless, all our queries were answered and they advised us on where and how many bollards to install, with no pushy sales tactics and they catered to our exact needs. Used this company for the 1st time after a neighbours recommendation and ordered three bollards. The guys from Bollard Security arrived on time and after a discussion about positioning and a cup of coffee completed the job quickly and professionally and cleaned the whole drive before leaving. The end result was better than I expected and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. i had contacted a couple of companies off the internet however wasn't very confident with them after an initial chat.I got Bollard Security details from someone in the neighbourhood who had used them and had no faults with their service.I found the service professional and straight forward from beginning to end from Craig in the office to Rob? and James? (i think were the fitters names) who fitted the bollards during the current pandemic being fully aware of and following social distancing as well as being polite and efficient.I would highly recommend this company.

I had the pleasure of having the Bollard Security team over today to fit an S5 bollard onto my block driveway.They arrived on time and were at work within 5 mins of arriving. Throughout the guys were extremely courteous and worked cleanly. From start to finish the job took less than 2 hours and that was working in cotswold clay and stone ground by hand!The bollard itself is a serious piece of kit that works in a beautifully engineered action, leaving you in doubt that the bollard is up to the task of protection my pride and joy! That coupled with it being professionally installed simply reinforcing the reason why I A; chose the S5, but more importantly B; chose Bollard Security to install it!

From initial contact via webchat to fitting I can only highly recommend this company. I initially made contact as the lock on my fitted post (different manufacturer) had broken in the upright position effectively trapping my cars on the driveway. Craig (webchat) was helpful late on a Saturday afternoon advising if my existing post was repairable which it wasn't. He even tried to see if he could get an installation arranged for the following Bank Holiday Monday which was not possible. Installation arranged for 8am on the following Thursday. Installer arrived at 8am on the dot and removal and installation of new (superior) post was completed by just after 10am. The installation was also made to a higher standard than the post being replaced. New post looks great and was at a very competitive price even with the installation costs. Again I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Only leaving 5 stars as there aren't more available !! What a great service I received from Bollard Security. After initially making an enquiry about supply of a bollard and getting the best price I'd managed to find on the web, there were some issues with arranging a courier to deliver my bollard. I had a fitter arranged and due, but no bollard arriving. Richard called me the day before my fitting was due and said he would personally deliver my bollard to make sure I had it on time. Bearing in mind he is based in Yorkshire and I'm in Essex - that is what you call customer service ! Although the courier issues were no one's fault (there just weren't any available), Richard then offered to fit the bollard for me. He arrived on time and kept me updated on the way with arrival time. As for fitting, can't fault it at all. Neat and tidy. No mess/waste, in fact you'd never know he'd been !! Richard took me through how the bollard worked and how to get extra keys if needed. I cannot express how pleased I am with the work that's been done and the extent to which Richard has gone out of the way to deliver and fit a bollard for me. If you are looking for additional security on your property, seriously, Bollard Security should be on top of your list.

Hi CraigFrom first point of contact I couldn’t believe how helpful honest and easy to talk to you where so helpful you looked on google maps and as I have a wide driveway we decided I would send you a photo before deciding on what I neededYou even recommended to have at least one standard Bollard instead of having them all retractable telescopic ones to save on cost I went for the brushed steel effect./ gorgeousCaleb the fitter arrived 30 minutes early and he was an absolute gem he even double checked our car measurements and because we have an unusual driveway I opted for 4 instead of three Caleb was so easy to talk too explained everything and I cannot praise his workmanship enough / after fitting he not only explained everything how they work for example but refused to leave until I was happy driving on and off to make sure I was happy and could position my car correctly /. Afterwards I couldn’t see anything to clean up he left it cleaner than it was beforeI can’t fault this company from start to completion the bollards actually add something to our driveway the neighbours love them too / thank you guys Recommedation from us is 100%

After someone decided to run my folding post out of the ground I decided I probably needed something a bit more substantial. A quick google search lead me to Bollard Security where I enquired about a telescopic post via email. An hour later I had a phone call from a very helpful member of staff who kindly informed me i had inadvertently selected one of the most expensive posts - probably more security than I'd even need! These guys aren't in the business of ripping people off and their honesty and communication has been fantastic throughout the whole buying and installing process. The guys who came to fit it (only a few days after enquiring about the post) were professional and polite. Would highly recommend!Thanks guys!

I work for calderdale council and i sometimes bring my work van home but worried about the safty of the van on my drive .i gave bollard security a call and they came and showed me all the bollards they do and i must say they were verry fair prices so i went ahead and had 2x of the bollards that go in to the ground when not in use .they arrived on time when they stated they would and all the way through the installation of the bollards they kept me upto date on what they were doing and they were very tidy and put my drive back to a high standard once they had finished ..would highly recommend them ..fantastic service and products ..verry friendly company from start to finish...

Made an enquiry on their website for a security post to be fitted on my driveway, got a call the next day to discuss further, had a good chat about my particular application needs and options and an engineer was booked to come the following week.
