Truck Stopper RB001-30 PAS68 Rising Bollard - Crash Tested to stop a 7500kg vehicle @ 30mph

The Truckstopper RB001-30 represents a major breakthrough in shallow mount rising bollard technology. Designed by our Micro Engineering Division, this newly patented system offers a compact, low-cost alternative to traditional large-scale bollard foundations. It meets the growing demand for shallow mount solutions in both manual and hydraulic formats.

Powered by a standard 18v cordless drill, the RB001-30 requires no mains power, making it ideal for sites without electrical access. Despite its slim profile and shallow 200mm foundation, it is crash tested to stop a 7.5-tonne truck travelling at 30mph (48km/h) at both 90° and 45° angles. The design also significantly reduces the need to re-divert utilities, keeping installation fast and cost-effective.

This stand-alone unit is low maintenance, capable of following ground contours and accommodating installation on inclines. In the event of impact, damaged components can be removed and replaced without disturbing the foundation. Fitted with a stainless steel cover, the bollard delivers both robust security and a sleek, modern appearance.

The RB001-30 comes with a grade 316 stainless steel shroud as standard, with up to one or two hi-viz bands in a variety of colour options.
