The S14 670 Heavy Duty lift assisted bollard is classed as an anti ram bollard and is an insurance company approved product. This model has a 114mm diameter, 670mm height and with the additional steel insert, a heavy duty 6 mm thick steel wall. It has the added benefit of an internal gas actuated ram which reduces 70% of the lifting weight. In most cases the bollard will fully raise from the closed position when unlocked at ground level offering a stylish and simple bollard to operate. The lift assisted mechanism is ideal for those who may struggle with lifting a standard manual telescopic bollard or simply require ease of use.
Incorporating a 10 pin anti-drill and tamper-proof lock, it has been awarded the Sold Secure and Secure By Design accreditation. Made from grade 304 stainless steel with a brushed satin finish, the S14 LA looks stunning, is easy to operate and requires very little maintenance.
The S14 LA is ideally suited to all residential applications where the client requires a high level of security including protection of large vehicles and motor homes. It is also suitable for commercial use, such as installed in front of roller shutter doors to act as an excellent addition to your buildings perimeter security.
