From start to finish, Bollard Security have been a pleasure to deal with. I got some telescopic R5 bollards to secure my caravan on my drive. The quote was very reasonable for supply and install. The chaps who came to install were courteous and very professional. They did a wonderfully neat job installing them within my blocked paved drive. And they look fantastic (got the grey coloured ones) as well as been quality posts. Very happy indeed. Would recommend without question! If you need bollards this is the place to go! 5*

Fantastic experience with Bollard Security. Had the date of the new driveway moved up to be started in a week, rang Bollard Security and they couldn't have been more helpful. Confirmed the 2 bollards were in stock in the colour I wanted then made sure they were delivered well in advance of when I needed them. Turned up exactly when I was told they would be and with some useful advice on fitting. Great to see decent customer service still exists in some places!

Richard was very helpful by telephone & guided me through what I needed. Richard & his colleague Lewis fitted an R5 Telescopic Bollard in my drive quickly & efficiently with no mess. They were very professional & the bollard is clearly a very high quality product which I am pleased with.

Excellent. Would strongly recommend. Had a problem on a bollard which had seized through lack of use during lockdown. Emailed the company which replied promptly within two hours and came to fix the problem within five days, and explained how to prevent the problem reoccuring in future. Quick. No mess left behind. Richard and his colleague were excellent in their installation of my bollard in front of my garage lift up door, which won't lift up now without my permission!! If there were a 6 star option these guys would deserve it.Sent an online query on Saturday evening, got an email reply first thing Monday morning. Ordered the bollard of choice on Monday (we went for the R5) got a text on Wednesday evening asking if they could come to fit 8am Thursday. Kenny the fitter arrived bang on time. We had an informed conversation about exactly where to put it and which orientation as our driveway isn't square to the path, and Kenny got to work. He hit a bit of a snag as there was a BT cable in the way so quick change of plan and it was all done in an hour or so. Very very neat job. Kenny boasted that he could carve a Mona Lisa with an angle grinder so I'm a tad disappointed that I've just got straight cuts on my bricks 🙂 but he's done a fabulous job, no drama. Bollard Security fitted the R5 bollard at my premises today. I am highly impressed with this firm for a number of reasons. The fitter arrived at the time he indicated, was very courteous and polite. He provided a comprehensive explanation of the installation process and proceeded to dig the shaft to house the bollard. This was expertly done, including setting the bollard into place and cutting the paving bricks such that the bollard shaft was neatly set into place having secured it in place. Overall, I am delighted with the service I received and would recommend Bollard Security to anyone and everyone.

Great experience with Bollard Security, ordered the new wireless parking bollard great communication from Richard and fitted within 4 days of ordering with regular updates. Outstanding service from Richard and his team. From initial contact to work being completed to a very high standard. I had a set of bollards installed by some one previous who didn’t install correctly. Richard ensured they kept me informed through out of the problems and fixed these and fitted correctly. First contact with Richard at Bollard Security was extremely informative and all my pre-requisite questions about installing telescopic bollards on my driveway were answered fully. A statement of work was sent to me and a proposed date for the work set (to be completed within a week of my enquiry).The guys who turned up to do the work kept me up to date with ETA and arrived well presented and equipped fully to do the job. Found Bollard Security online after reading other reviews I knew this was the right company to use. Rick was super helpful offering advice on what set up to go for. Wasn't pressured at all. Great deal on two D4 telescopic posts and fitted the very next day by Calab who was prompt as you like at 8am . All done to extremely high standard very neat work and tidy too. Cannot fault them. Superlative customer service from Richard, Laura, Josh and team. Collectively they immediately provided me with expert advice regarding the appropriate bollard to install, provided me with their relevant Public Liability Insurance document to satisfy the Managing Agent and installed one working day after placing the order. On top of this, unrivalled customer service and regular contact on the day of installation. The installation team drove all the way from Yorkshire to London same day whereas other London-based companies quoted me a 3 week turn-around time. I highly recommend Richard, Laura and their team of professional stonemasons and bollard installers. The speed and responsiveness through the process was excellent. After an email to the business over the weekend I’d had a reply and estimate back within 24hrs and the fitted the following week. The telescopic bollards are great and the fitting was spot on too. All done jn a few hours and the team hosed down and everything too. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for some added security at their home.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Bollard security. I found them online and called to discuss which bollards would be be best for my house.Richard is super helpful and went through everything in detail and answered all of my questions who explained everything in full. Very friendly hard working guys. The product is great quality and comes at a fair price, especially when you compare with other companies. Quickly fitted and the site was cleaned up afterwards. You may have to be patient for updates on actual time for installation, but I was promised it would be fitted in time for my deadline, and it was. Would I use them again? Definitely.

Cannot recommend this company enough!! We had our car stolen a few years ago so decided to have these guys install a driveway security poll. Quick, efficient, good value! Fast forward a few years, husband goes away for a few nights and I forget it’s there and drive straight into it. Poll won’t move so now I’m stuck and panicking. Rich was so helpful, had a few guys coming back from different places but said the ones coming back from Newcastle could pop in and see if they can sort. Bare in mind this is a Friday afternoon, no one wants to be working a Friday afternoon when the suns out let alone if you’ve been working away but both Scott and Josh came, friendly and informative, worked out the problem, went and got the materials, came back and fixed it! On maternity so unexpected costs is a problem but rich did it at a really good price. So so helpful and friendly! If the rest of them at the company are anything like these three I don’t think you’d find a better company in the UK! Thanks again!

The product is robust and exactly as described, and the team who fitted the bollard did a great job and cleaned up after themselves like it was their own drive. A reliable, trustworthy company. 👍Richard (the owner) was available on the phone whenever I tried calling him, which is a rare thing these days and quite refreshing! He is very helpful, polite, and willing to take time to answer any questions about the best bollards for your particular situation and also the job itself.Installation from Calab and Shane was top notch, very neat finish and they cleaned up nicely when the work was done. They were really good lads to get on with; discussed the ideal placements in detail, combining a solid sense of humour whilst working professionally (they even brought along a cute and funny dog called Boo who sat in the van). 😆The best part is this company works around your schedule, which was pretty tight on the day of installation. I then received a follow up phone call from Richard to check if the work had been done, and to a high standard.Thanks guys! 👍👍👍
